📍You may feel “stuck” or trapped in a situation but remember, there are other options & potential available to you! And again, this energy is just passing through. 

✅ Some of the things NOT to do this week are lose sleep doom scrolling and wracking your brain. Everything is ultimately ok and, again, this energy will pass. Process, take time, don’t “leap before you look” but sometimes, discomfort is a catalyst for change for the better. 

🔦 Focus your energy towards intentional collaboration with other beautiful souls. Don’t invite everyone in to the mix this week, select a team fit for what’s needed. Creativity is key.

💜Keep your sights set on the long term and on who you want to live into being. Practice “calling in” instead of “calling out”, lead by example, be your highest self now.
